What does it take to reach Tier 1 – Tier Operator Athlete?
- There are many factors that are taken into consideration for each candidate before the decision is made of who will become the next Tier Operator Athletes.
We want to give you more insight into these factors, and also give you some control over the decision process by allowing you to submit an application for consideration.
TRAFFIC &
REVENUE
You have proven that you are a valuable asset to the company. You can consistently bring in new customers to the website. You have a consistent method of generating sales.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Your social media accounts are active and engaging. When viewed it is obvious that you are a Tier Operator and a fan of Redcon1. You have the ability to create high quality content through pictures and videos.
COMMUNITY
CONTRIBUTION
You regularly participate in Tier Operator community activities. You have communicated with new members to assist and mentor them. You have shown that you are a friend and colleague.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
You have a life experience, occupation, or skill that sets you apart from others. You have a unique ability or characteristic that is respected, honorable, or cherished.
